"This pack took 2 weeks to ship because the company was waiting for bags to get sewn. Wouldn't have been a problem if there had been a note on the product or in the cart just making me aware. I was going to give it 4 stars for that reason, but the company reached out to me personally when it shipped and they were helpful with updates along the way. Also, the quality is incredible, very sturdy bag, very well packaged. The molle straps work perfectly in the molle pocket of my Vertx Ready Pack X, so I'll have medical just about everywhere I go. Refuge Medical had me a little annoyed at the beginning, but they more than made up for it with customer service and quality products."
