Are your products HSA/FSA approved?

Yes! All the medical supplies on our website are HSA/FSA approved. A few of our items such as bucket openers, books, stickers & patches are NOT HSA/FSA approved.

What is your Return & Refund policy?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! However we do not cover any duties, taxes, customs nor broker fees. Please email us at shipping@refugemedical.com to get an international shipping quote.

Why is your website closed on Saturdays?

Our website is shut down from sundown Friday – sundown Saturday for 24hrs to observe the Sabbath. Need more info? Check out: Exodus 20:8, Exodus 31:13-17, Leviticus 19:30, Deuteronomy 5:12-15

Do you have a storefront?

No, we do not currently have a retailstorefront that people can visit.

Do you sell individual components?

Due to supply chain issues, we put as many individual components as we can on our website, but we cannot sell all of them.

How do I change or update my payment?

You cannot change the payment method after your order has been placed. Not to worry, email admin@refugemedical.com and we will be able to cancel your order so you can place it again with the correct payment method.

What is the "Medical Device Authorization" for the 14g Decompression Needle? 

This is a checkbox to make sure that you have the proper training to be able to use this medical device as it is not covered under the Good Samaritan law.

What is the difference between a CAT-Tourniquet & a SOF Tourniquet?

There is a few differences between these two tourniquets: Material, Application, Windless locking method.Both are Committee on TCCC recommended tourniquets and have had a lot of field testing to prove that they have a high success rate. Do you sell Israeli Bandages?

We sell a product very similar to Israeli Bandages. We sell ETDs (Emergency Trauma Dressing) which are very similar and better quality. There are a few different types of ETDs on our website, each with a description with their specifications. The most similar ETD that we have to an Israeli Bandage is the 4” Persys ETD.
